REFERENCE: (1) identify local researchers
who can serve as liaisons with whalewatching
operators, to maximize the probability of
questionnaires being accepted, filled out,
and returned; and (2) distribute a
sufficient number of questionnaires to
ensure approximately a half dozen returns. |
