Second Intersessional Workshop for western North Pacific common minke whale Implementation Review

The Implementation Review for western North Pacific minke whales is more complex than any previous Implementation and therefore the data processing has been time consuming. Because of this the Committee was unable to complete the tasks required at the ‘First Annual Meeting’. The Committee discussed a detailed work plan that should guaranteed completion of the necessary intersessional work so that all tasks would be completed at next year’s meeting, including the holding of this workshop
